Troop 149 leaf raking is back this fall. This is a long-time tradition with the troop and a fun way to be active in the fresh air, and raise money to help feed hungry families. Last year we earned more than $1,800!
We'll need all Scouts to help rake yards the weekends of November 11-12, and December 9-10. Note, these weekends are tentative depending on weather. We'll be raking from 10 am to 3 pm both days, both weekends.
Each Scout should plan to rake for TWO hours. Please sign-up for all hours that you are available, and I’ll only schedule you for two hours (feel free put preferences in the comments). That way I can ensure scouts are sprinkled adequately. We also need an adult at each location.
Sign-up using the link below. Please bring rakes, gloves, tarps, and note in comments if you have a leaf blower. All leaves need to go to the curb.
